Job Description
The Resident Support Worker ensures that the shelter remains safe, orderly, and supportive during evening and overnight hours. This role requires a grounded, dependable individual who can maintain healthy boundaries while offering respectful guidance to residents navigating trauma, transition, and recovery. The Resident Support Worker provides a calm, compassionate guidance while maintaining structure and accountability, completes logs, incident reports, shift communication logs, with accuracy and professionalism. This position requires employee to uphold policies and procedures, communicate updates, concerns, and observations to the program team. It is mandatory that employee can communicate respectfully with the residents and staff.
