What You'll Do As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll learn the insurance business while building relationships with customers and helping them find coverage that fits their needs.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Learn about Farm Bureau Insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer goals and insurance needs.
- Educate clients on available insurance products, discounts, and coverage options.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
