A growing third-party logistics (3PL) company located in Brickell, Miami , is seeking competitive, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join its Carrier Sales team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating, working toward goals, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. No previous logistics experience is required.

Selected candidates will complete a paid, 2–3 week training program and receive hands-on coaching to develop the skills needed to succeed in transportation and freight brokerage. High-performing individuals will have opportunities to advance into Inside Sales and Account Executive positions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with transportation carriers throughout the United States and Canada.
\n
• Source available truck capacity and negotiate competitive freight rates.
\n
• Communicate with carriers through phone calls, emails, and networking.
\n
• Coordinate shipments and help ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
\n
• Resolve transportation challenges and support day-to-day freight operations.
\n
• Collaborate with internal Sales and Operations teams.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
\n
• Previous customer service experience required.
\n
• Sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred.
\n
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
\n
• Comfortable conducting frequent phone calls and building professional relationships.
\n
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve results.
\n
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
\n
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
\n
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or French is a plus.
\n
