Kelly Nissan of Woburn is actively hiring experienced Automotive Service Technicians / Flat Rate Technicians to join our high-performing dealership service department in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Our technicians work in a state-of-the-art, recently updated, air-conditioned facility equipped with built-in toolboxes, new Hunter alignment machines, tire machines, and advanced diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities
* Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications
* Diagnose and repair automotive systems including:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Electrical systems
- Steering and suspension
- Brake systems
- Air conditioning and HVAC
- Perform automotive diagnostics using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and special service tools
- Test-drive vehicles and inspect systems to identify issues and confirm repairs
- Complete warranty repairs according to Nissan and manufacturer standards
- Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
- Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality workmanship in a fast-paced service environment
- Stay current on new automotive technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Automotive Service Technician or Auto Mechanic experience preferred
- ASE Certification required
- B-Level Technician qualifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience
- Experience with dealership service departments or Nissan experience is a plus
- Ability to operate diagnostic scanners and electronic service equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
